Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Canada and to international locations. Some carriers may have restrictions for remote areas or PO boxes; if this affects your order, we’ll contact you promptly.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

If we need additional verification (e.g., payment or address), processing may be delayed—we’ll notify you.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time depends on destination and the shipping method selected. We aim to meet the estimated windows, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

If a carrier misses a guaranteed delivery window on a paid method, contact us and we’ll review a shipping-fee refund where applicable.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Out-of-Stock & Split Shipments
If an item is out of stock, we’ll email you with an estimated restock date or alternatives (exchange, refund, or store credit). For larger orders, we may ship available items first at no extra cost—your confirmation email will indicate any split shipments.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can open a carrier claim.

Keep all packaging and contents until the claim is resolved.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you updated.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Santier isn’t responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or uncollected parcels. If a package is returned to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price (shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law).
