You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return or exchange

We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund (no restocking fees) to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
